Not satisfied with your purchases? Style Jury will happily provide you with a refund on full priced items. On sale items please contact us and we can help with an exchange or store credit. 

All full priced items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.  Returns must be sent back in their original unworn condition with all tags attached. Once returns are received they will be inspected before processing your refund.  We reserve the right to deny any returns that are marked with make-up, smell of perfume and/or washing powder. In the event that a return is deemed unsuitable, the customer will be notified via email and the item will be returned to sender.

In the unlikely event that the product received is deemed faulty, the item will be sent to the manufacturer for assessment before a refund can be issued. This can take up to 7 days.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable except in cases where we may have made an error.  We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Style Jury will not be issued with a credit.

When a store credit is issued for use on  future orders these are valid for 12 months. Store credits cannot be requested as refunds.  Please email our customer care team at info@stylejury.com.au
