Returns & Exchanges
Not satisfied with your purchases? Style Jury will happily provide you with an exchange or store credit providing all our conditions are met.
All full priced items must be returned within 14 days of purchase and any items received thereafter may be denied. Returns must be sent back in their original unworn condition with all tags attached. Once returns are received they will be inspected before an exchange or store credit is issued. We reserve the right to deny any returns that are marked with make-up, smell of perfume and/or washing powder. In the event that a return is deemed unsuitable, the customer will be notified via email and the item will be returned to sender.
In the unlikely event that the product received is deemed faulty, the item will be sent to the manufacturer for assessment before a refund can be issued. This can take up to 7 days.
Please note that all sale items are final and cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable except in cases where we may have made an error. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Style Jury will not be issued with a credit.
A returns form is provided with each order containing instructions that must be followed in order to receive a store credit. If you require a copy of the returns form or have any questions regarding your return, please email our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org
